As a clinician, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental setting to explore questions and concerns. My specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, family systems, LGBTQ, infidelity, grief, and addiction.

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy both face-to-face and via telehealth.
How often we meet is completely up to you! I will provide my clinical recommendations based on symptomology and needs indicated. When your agreed upon goals have been met, we will discuss termination of treatment, or exploration of new goals. The most important point is: your treatment is yours to define, & mine to guide.
